The South Winds Mobile Homeowners Association (SWMHA) is a friendly member owned cooperative and residential community for senior 55+ adults in South Sarasota, Florida.

South Winds offers a variety of 55+ amenities and recreational groups\activities. Whether you’re retiring, mildly active or always on the go, South Windscan accommodate your lifestyle. The Association is financially sound, with reasonable monthly maintenance fees which are due in large part to the numerous volunteer contributions of its residents. All residents are therefore encouraged to contribute in some way to the Association’s governance and\or social, recreational and fundraising activities.
